I went through various trainings that found me and each one enriched me in my being, personality and knowledge. I started with classical ballet, cameto contemporary dance CHLADEK®, had many educational activities and moved on to NuadThai bodywork and Aromatherapy. With GYROKINESIS and GYROTONIC I found the appropriate tool to train people of all ages and performance parameters, to get the energy flowing, and to see the person as a whole.
Now I have specialized in training TRAINERS in the GYROTONIC Expansion System and I am a GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS master trainer.
