General Terms and Conditions

BEWEGUNGSATELIER GRAZ

  1. Participation in the services offered by the course instructors, masseurs and therapists working at the Bewegungsatelier Graz is exclusively subject to the following terms and conditions:
  2. All services are provided under the personal responsibility (own account) of the course instructor or the person offering his/her services.
  3. The registration is binding and under explicit acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  4. Cancellation of booked services is possible free of charge up to 1 week before the beginning of the event; thereafter 50% of the costs are to be paid up to 3 days before the beginning, in case of shorter cancellation the entire fee is due for payment. Gyrotonic, massage and therapy sessions are excluded. These can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
  5. If events are offered in course form or with more than one participant, the organizer/course instructor reserves the right to cancel due to an insufficient number of registrations without any claim to replacement. This also applies to changes in time, which will be announced in due time.
  6. The validity of purchased blocks is 6 months. The blocks are non-transferable and there is no right to a refund. In the event of illness, a separate agreement must be made with the course management on presentation of a doctor’s certificate.
  7. The persons in charge (organizer, course instructor) reserve the right to substitute their units if this is necessary.
  8. The use of the premises takes place exclusively after legally effective registration and to the extent of the booked services, whereby the instructions of the teachers, therapists, etc. are to be followed.
  9. The organizer/course instructor is only liable for the provision of services as agreed. They are not liable for any damage to health. Each participant is obliged to ensure that he/she is physically and mentally able to take advantage of the booked services. However, the organizer/course instructor reserves the right to demand that participants present a medical certificate or to prohibit participation if there is any doubt about their health. Participation is prohibited without exception in the presence of contagious diseases.
  10. The Bewegungsatelier is not liable for any undesirable consequences resulting from the lessons, treatments, etc. Any form of claims for damages against the movement studio are excluded. This exclusion includes in particular damage to health, accidents of any kind, stolen or damaged objects.
  11. The users of the premises are liable for damages caused by them according to the general provisions of the law on damages.
  12. The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes is the competent court in Graz.
